The Junior Suite with Duomo view & private balcony,was renovated in the winter of 2024. Its complete restyling stems from the owner's idea to create the ideal combination of high quality, comfort & wellness in a unique and iconiclocation.
Located on the 5th and top floor of the Hotel Balestri, the suite boasts a spectacular view of the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio, as well as a private balcony overlooking the Arno River, the Church of San Miniatoand theFlorentine hills.
Featuring a living area with armchairs and desk, it has a spacious bedroom with a beautiful round window framing the Duomo of Santa Maria del Fiore.
The wall behind the bed is covered with walnut wood panels and natural fibre fabrics, including jute and cotton, made in 'Stile Rovezzano'.
The king-size bed has a precious emerald green velvet headboard with gold nails, made of fabrics from the 'Tessitura di Rovezzano'. The sommier is upholstered in wood and nicked metal.
The bedside tables and the desk in light wood are inspired by the 1950s, characterised by square lines, gold handles and handcrafted iron lamps.
The spacious bathroom is tiled in fine white and grey Calacatta marble and features a spacious walk-in shower.
